Times like these I have served 1500+ clients in 20 years. I had rarely missed a deadline for a client deliverable or cancelled a coaching call before this summer. I always found a way to make things happen. Sure, every once in a while I had to move a call because of a sick kid or other emergency, but otherwise I prided myself on running a tight ship when it came to my work.
